General Information
D7 Visa Program, also referred to as the "Non-Lucrative Residency Visa" or the "Passive Income Visa" in Portugal. This exclusive program aims to attract foreign retirees with stable pensions or individuals with stable investment income, including movable or immovable assets, financial investments, and more, to settle in Portugal. Its primary purpose is to grant applicants and their families a residence permit, allowing them to establish their residence in Portugal.

Application Requirements
1. RETIREMENT

Age: retired, with a retirement certificate
-
Can bring: spouse, children under 18 years old (can also be reunited later);

Passive income: 1.300€/ month per person;
-
Sources of income: pension + passive income (rent, financial income, shareholder dividend income, intellectual property income);

Portugal account: open and deposit 30.000€ for means of subsistence.

3. OTHER REQUIREMENTS
